My business name is Fit-4-Lifes LLC, but my brand name is Fit-4-Life. I chose that name because, when it comes to fitness, you're not just training your physical health — you're training your mental health too. He taught me the importance of performing exercises correctly, which not only helped prevent injuries but also made my workouts much more effective.
