What I remember from training with Jalen was that he was consistent and knew all of the right workouts to help with everyone’s situation. I did notice weight loss after being consistent for about two months ..will definitely recommend to anyone!

Training with Jalen at Planet Fitness was an incredible experience. From the beginning, he took the time to understand my goals and designed a workout program that truly met my needs. He taught me the importance of performing exercises correctly, which not only helped prevent injuries but also made my workouts much more effective. Additionally, he introduced various types of exercises and techniques, such as HIIT and weight training, which kept the sessions always interesting and challenging. I never got bored of the sessions because Jalen always found creative ways to vary the exercises and teach me new exercises. We did functional workouts but we also focused on stretching which it is a core when training (I learned that with him as well). His ability to make each session exciting was something I truly valued. Thanks to J’s guidance and support, I not only improved physically but also gained a lot of self-confidence to workout at the gym. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a dedicated and professional trainer who truly cares about his clients.
When I first started my fitness journey I was extremely intimidated by all the machines. I remember being a deer in headlights wondering “where do I even start??”. Fortunately, the gym I was a member of, offered personal training sessions. I started group sessions with Jalen in March of 2022. I found him to be extremely patient yet, firm. He had the ability to train individuals from all fitness levels. He was extremely encouraging and gave me the confidence I needed to continue my fitness journey. I will always be thankful for his training.

I met Jalen back in 2021 when I first started being consistent with my fitness journey at Planet Fitness and him starting his training programs! Jalen has helped me mentally and physically! He has been very persistent, consistent, supportive, direct, honest, dedicated, disciplined and motivating throughout my fitness journey. We’ve both transitioned to VASA, he was my trainer for 6 months and he has helped me so much to grow in the gym, helped me reach my goals and accomplish much more in affirming me to be confident in what I do! 10/10!
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jalen for several years. I initially met him as a trainer at Planet Fitness. His workouts were always challenging but doable, and he was very encouraging throughout the process. Jalen ensured my form was in order and prioritized health and safety before strength or “gains”. His help allowed me to now workout alone confidently and consistently.
Jalen provides a pleasant and energetic work out experience. He is knowledgeable and passionate about his clients obtaining their weight loss goals. Although it didn’t seem like it at first, I lost a noticeable amount of weight during my time with training with him. He pushes his clients to do their best and maximize their results. Jalen was an excellent trainer. He was always available and pushed you when you needed it being pushed. He also allowed you to not be pushed you if you had areas of concern. He worked with the whole group he had about 10 people usually in the sessions and then we go to the next session, maybe legs and he’d work with all of us and help us do a lot.
Absolutely loved training with Jalen! He was amazing, always pushing me past my limits in the best way possible. I felt stronger and more motivated after every session. Jalen's energy and dedication were contagious, and he always knew how to make each workout both challenging and fun. I learned so much and saw incredible progress.

I met Jalen when I signed up for Planet Fitness again after not being a member for some time. I was already working out pretty consistently on my own, but really lacked structure and organization when it came to my workouts. At a point I felt I was showing up but just doing random workouts. I was also a person that felt like "I don't need a personal trainer, the gym should be pretty straightforward". I signed up for the free personal training that comes as a part of the membership, but I quickly realized that. Jalen was way too knowledgeable about his craft and I started to feel almost obligated to want to pay him for his services. He not only provided the structure that I was desperately seeking in a workout routine, but he was always very personable and down to earth to add to the experience. You can always tell when someone's doing something for money or for passion, and Jalen's work ethic definitely shows his commitment to his passion for teaching and bettering the lives of others daily when it comes to health and wellness. He tailored my workout to what is realistic for my lifestyle. I committed to working out with him 3-4 days a week and I dropped about a dress size in 3 months. Jalen Anderson was my trainer, through Planet Fitness, for over a year. He was so very helpful to me. He taught me a wide variety of exercises for strengthening my upper body, lower body, and core. Those exercises included machines, free weights, and no equipment at all. He met me right where I was. Jalen never pushed too hard. But, he also did challenge me to do more. He went through a program over four months’ time to move from endurance to strengthening. Also, I did have a problem with my feet for a while. He had ways to work around that, so I could continue to improve. His knowledge of physiology and training is very good. Jalen is very personable, very easy to talk to. I looked forward to our sessions every day. I am so thankful for all that he taught me. I feel much more confident when I go work out today.
If you’re looking for a trainer to push you Jalen is your guy. I meet him in plant fitness where he use to work as a trainer. He was very accommodating when learning new workouts and would usually go through them with me before setting me off on my own. He would push just enough without making it too over stimulating. He also listened to any concerns or alterations I needed for workouts. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a good workout.

When I met Jalen at planet fitness, I worked with him one on one as well in a group setting. He taught me how to work out correctly and focus on my form. His help taught me how to lose fat and gain muscle. I also gained confidence in myself while I was working out. Jalen trained me for almost a year at a gym where he worked. During that time, I learned proper form, techniques and how to stop rushing my workout just to get it over with. He was patient and listened to me, while encouraging me to challenge myself. He would often remember little things I shared with him, and inquire about them at my next session.
